austrian knoedel? amazing

polish pierogi? showstopping

korean mandu? spectacular

italian ravioli? iconic

tibetan momo? outstanding 

american fritters? killer

literally anything vaguely resembling a dumpling no matter where it comes from or what’s in it? fucking a plus

Let’s hear it for stuff stuffed with stuff!

We just made pirogi/dumplings (cause we were gifted a pirogi mold thing yesterday) filled with homemade mac & cheese and it was so fucking good. We all then started spouting ideas for fillings and different dough types from pastry to gyoza.
