Mecha who decide to go through the Conjunx Ritus are deeply in love. There are 4 acts of kindness a couple must perform to cement the bond between them.
1. The Act of Intimacy
This depends heavily on the couple. The couple performs an intimate act such as holding hands, possibly a sensual massage, cleaning one another, the options are endless.
2. Act of Disclosure
This can be a story about anything, so long as it tells your partner what makes you you. For some it’s the story of their birth, for others, it might be how they became the leader of their faction by getting into a bar fight, for some it might be revealing just how guilty he feels for joining his faction in the first place.
3. Act of Profference
This is a gift, the instigator of the ritual gives the other a gift, usually, its catered to the potential Conjunx.
4. Act of Devotion
The entire ceremony is the act of devotion for the one who started the ceremony, now its the others turn to perform an action that shows he too loves his potential Conjunx.
Once the 4 acts of kindness have been performed and accepted the pair are officially bonded as Conjunx Endura.
