Woke up having a random ass panic attack at 5 AM. Can’t tell if it’s cause I’m stressed about starting a new school in a few mere hours or if it’s because of all the horror let’s plays I’ve been watching. Currently watching @therealjacksepticeye‘s prop-hunt videos to calm down, it’s staring to work. Trying to get some PMA (#Positive Mental Attitude) going but I’m really strugglin’ right now. My mom is gonna kick my ass (not literally but) if she comes in to see I’m awake but I don’t even wanna try to get back to sleep cause my anxiety is wigging. I’m in a goddamn anxiety loop. Anyone know good ways to calm down quickly?
